How To Take L-Glutamine
1 serve = 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of L-Glutamine.
L– Glutamine can be taken on an on going basis and most people would take between 1 and 3 servings per day. It can be mixed with water, juice, sports drink or protein shake.
Some athletes, those lifting heavy weights on a regular basis may take up to 8 servings per day. This quantity would be spread over several doses throughout the day.
The best times to take L-Glutamine are directly before and after training and first thing in the morning.
TIP:
When taking L-Glutamine after training, mix it with your post training protein shake.
