Magnesium Citrate (magnesium 150 mg) 971 mg

Dosage

  • Adults – Take 2 capsules daily with meals or as professionally prescribed.
  • Taking 4 capsules per day may help reduce the frequency of migraines
  • Children under 12 – Only as professionally prescribed.

Contraindications and cautions

  • For 300 mg/d (2 caps) dosage
