Pricing policy

All our prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST, if applicable. Overseas customers are not charged GST and this is adjusted at the time you place your order.

 

NRP- 'Normal Retail Price' shown on this site refers to the Normal Retail Price listed for non club members at our retail store (ABC Vitamins)

 

Although discountvitamins.com.au and ABC Vitamins are associated businesses prices may differ between our retail and online stores.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders when products have inadvertantly be listed at an incorrect price. We will always contact you before cancelling or ammending any order.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

PLEASE contact us for instructions BEFORE returning ANY products.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • Where we have sent you the incorrect product.
  • Products are faulty or damaged.
  • All refunds are dependant on goods being returned to us (see 'Returns' below) for inspection.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and they are returned to us within 14 days of you contacting us about the return.
  • Refunds will only be given on products - There are no refunds on postage / shipping charges.

 

Returns

  • You must contact us for instructions before returning any orders:
  • All returns must be sent to: Discount Vitamins 546 Rocky Point Rd Sans Souci NSW 2219 Australia.
  • The customer is responsible for all postage costs for goods being returned.
