Shipping - Overseas Customers

Please read the following about shipping to our overseas customers.

Although we are an Australian based business we also cater for overseas customers.

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post with the price calculated based on the weight of the order. This is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • All orders are sent Registered Post Airmail *Please note: This is not an express / courier service*
  • Proof of Postage is available on request.
  • Deliveries will require a signature upon delivery - so please try and make your delivery address one where there is someone available during the day to sign for deliveries.
  • Postage charges calculated are valid only for orders that are under 2kg in weight - If your order is over 2kg we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. (Please note - his may involve extra postage charges).
  • We do not currently deliver to all countries - If you get a message telling you that we do not currently ship to your country please contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
  • We always try to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible but you need to allow up to 5 days before your order is shipped.
  • The customer is responsible for all import duties and other country specific charges that may apply.
  • It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that products ordered are allowed to be imported into their country - We take no responsibilty for (and no refund will be given for) goods that are seized or destroyed by customs.
  • We will contact you about any order that will take us more than 7 days to send.
  • Please remember that postage is calculated on the total weight of the product (eg. a 1kg protein powder will weigh more than 1kg once the weight of its container is taken into account) plus packaging.
  • We reserve the right to charge extra for very large or very heavy orders. We will always contact you before doing this.
  • Please make sure your contact details are up to date so that we can contact you about your order if we need to.
  • If you receive a message that your order is over the maximum weight that we ship please contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
  • Refunds for 'goods not received' will only be given when the goods are received back by us or an investigation has been completed by Australia Post and the Postal Authority in your country that confirms the goods were not received (this can take up to two months to complete). Refunds will not be given for any postage charges.
