Shipping - australian customers

Please read the following about shipping to our Australian customers.

  • All orders are sent via Australia Post with the price calculated based on the weight of the order. This is calculated at the time of checkout.
  • Customers can choose regular or express post services.
  • If there is no one at the delivery address a card will be left and the order will need to be picked up at your local post office. You may need identification to do this.
  • Deliveries may require a signature upon delivery - so please try and make your delivery address one where there is somone available during the day to sign for deliveries.
  • Please note that the time shown for delivery when you check out is the estimated time for delivery once your order has been shipped.
  • We always try to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible but you need to allow up to 5 days before your order is shipped.
  • We will contact you about any order that will take us more than 7 days to send.
  • Please remember that postage is calculated on the total weight of the product (eg. a 1kg protein powder will weigh more than 1kg once the weight of its container is taken into account) plus packaging.
  • We reserve the right to charge extra for very large or very heavy orders. We will always contact you before doing this.
  • Please make sure your contact details are up to date so that we can contact you about your order if we need to.
  • If you receive a message that your order is over the maximum weight that we ship please contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
