Shipping - australian customers

All orders are sent via Australia Post with the price calculated based on the weight of the order. This is calculated at the time of checkout.
Customers can choose regular or express post services.
If there is no one at the delivery address a card will be left and the order will need to be picked up at your local post office. You may need identification to do this.
Deliveries may require a signature upon delivery - so please try and make your delivery address one where there is somone available during the day to sign for deliveries.
Please note that the time shown for delivery when you check out is the estimated time for delivery once your order has been shipped.
We always try to pick and pack your orders as quickly as possible but you need to allow up to 5 days before your order is shipped.
We will contact you about any order that will take us more than 7 days to send.
Please remember that postage is calculated on the total weight of the product (eg. a 1kg protein powder will weigh more than 1kg once the weight of its container is taken into account) plus packaging.
We reserve the right to charge extra for very large or very heavy orders. We will always contact you before doing this.

If you receive a message that your order is over the maximum weight that we ship please contact us so that we can make alternative arrangements.
